Terms & Conditions

1. A seven-day service warranty is provided by HTI Service. Operational material and part warranties are manufacturer-specified.
2. The service fee is negotiable. However, if any new or replacement materials or parts are installed, the cost will vary.
3. Following the service provider’s diagnosis of the issue, if the customer chooses not to proceed with the service, a diagnosis charge of up to BDT 500 is payable.
4. The customer is fully accountable for their personal parts or components and the security of any household items.
5. If you cannot visit our repair service center, we offer a pickup and delivery service for your device from your house or workplace
