• A seven-day service warranty is provided by HTI Service’s. However, operational material and part warranties are manufacturer-specified.
• The service fee is negotiable, but additional costs apply if new or replacement materials or parts are installed.
• If the customer decides not to proceed with the service after the provider’s diagnosis, a diagnosis charge of up to BDT 500 is applicable.
• Customers are fully responsible for their personal parts, components, and the security of any household items.
• If visiting our service center is not possible, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service from your home or workplace for your convenience.
